Key Suites Inc. offers several rental housing options, including furnished and unfurnished. There are also several A La Carte services which can be fulfilled upon request.

Unfurnished Rentals

Key Suites is pleased to offer Unfurnished Rentals to assist clients that are in temporary transition. This may be due to selling/buying of a home (and you already have your own furniture), or perhaps to establish yourself when first arriving in San Diego.

Many location choices exist in the San Diego area consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. Each of the communities is distinct and features a host of amenities to fit your location and lifestyle requirements.

Standard interior features generally include washers and dryers inside the apartment home, all appliances, central heat and air conditioning, and a patio or balcony. Community features (depending on location) may include pool and spa, business center, exercise facility, assigned parking, etc.

Rental rates will vary depending on the location, size and features, and start at $1750.00 per month.

All Basic Utilities: local telephone, expanded cable TV, gas, electric, trash and water are included for your convenience.

Other services can be selected from our menu of A La Carte Items

Rental Agreements are also designed to reflect your situation. A minimum one month Rental Agreement is required.

Key Suites will provide you a single monthly invoice for all services requested. A Security Deposit of $500.00 is also required. The Security Deposit is fully refundable based on move out condition.
